1. Payment

Payment can be made using the following payment methods: MobilePay, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. The amount is deducted when the trade is completed. All items sold on the webshop are subject to the used VAT regulation and thus VAT can not be deducted from the total amounts. Any additional cost which relates to VAT and Customs must be covered by the buyer, as RCoyalisten will only provide the necessary documentation. If a parcel is returned due to not customs not being paid, RCoyalisten will cover the originally invoiced amount but with any additional cost deducted. 

We reserve the right to cancel the order if an error occurs in the price or product description.

2. Shipping

We offer shipping of the goods to addresses in Denmark and other selected countries (*). Shipping of goods takes place within 1 to 2 working days within Denmark and we use the following shipping suppliers: GLS and PostNord. If you want something else or you live in a country where shipping is not possible at the moment, please contact us.
 (*) We offer shipping outside of Denmark to the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Faroe Islands, Germany, France, Great Britain, USA, China, Thailand, South Korea, Japan and Canada.

3. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase without justification within 14 days. If you have bought several items in an order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See the reimbursement of delivery costs in the event of partial cancellation under the section “Refund of the money in the event of cancellation”.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (except the carrier) gets the item in physical possession. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday and Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

4.1. How to regret

You regret by giving us a clear message that you regret. This can be done either via e-mail to info@rcoyalisten.dk or contact us. You can not regret by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you regret. You can use the standard cancellation form, which is reproduced below in 4.2, but it is not mandatory.

4.2. Standard withdrawal form

This form is completed and returned only if the right of withdrawal is exercised:

I [Name] hereby announce that I wish to exercise the right of withdrawal in connection with my purchase agreement for the following items: [Returned items]. Ordered on [Date] and received on [Date].

The cancellation deadline has been met if you send your notification that you regret the purchase , before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Return of the item and return costs

If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or return the item to:

The item is sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days. Items can not be sent by post. cash on delivery or without delivery. You must pay for the return of the item yourself. 

5.1. Refund of money upon cancellation

When you regret, we will refund the payment related to the returned item, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply to extra costs once you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer. If you have purchased several items in an order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs. 

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the amount until we have received the goods returned, or until you have submitted proof that the goods have been returned. 

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

5.2. The condition of the item when returning and packaging

You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of an item due to handling of the item other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way in which it works.

You must return the item in the original packaging. The packaging must be opened but not destroyed. If the packaging is missing or damaged, it may constitute an impairment to which you are liable.

You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You bear the shipping cost and the risk of the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number. 

6. Complaints

When buying goods, the rules of the Purchase Act apply.

7. Complaint options

If we can not agree on what you are entitled to, you have the following complaints:

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution , Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the Board of Trustees: https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk.

The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must state our e-mail address: info@rcoyalisten.dk.
